Can I rent Belong apartment for short term?

Our apartments were built to be a long-term home for renters. Please talk to our staff or leave your information, we might be able to work out something for you!

Are the rooms furnished or not?

We have 2 packages

Back-to-Basics Package: Includes fixed furnishings such as: refrigerator, microwave, kitchen cabinet, partition cabinet with closet, air conditioner, curtains, bedframe, safety box.

The Perks Package: Includes everything in the Back-to-Basics Package, plus extra furnishings such as: smart tv, sofa, coffee table, dining table & chair, mattress, bedding.

Are fees and taxes included in prices?

Our rental price does not include taxes and other fees

How do I book accommodation?

Do you require any deposit?

2-month for 2-12-month contract

1-month for 1-month contract.

How do I pay for our accommodation?

In most cases you will pay directly at Belong after your arrival or pay in advance via online transfer.
